Terrace with great sea views. Reminded me of my yacht club, darling. Very posh indeed.
Oh, how I missed the noise of the city! Quiet residential area, not a single car honking.

We stayed at Homely Apartments La Gaviota for a month and had a wonderful time. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided us with all the necessary amenities, including laundry materials. The location is excellent, with the harbor, restaurants, and shops all within close proximity. We were able to explore the surrounding areas, such as the La Mata nature reserve and Alicante, thanks to the convenient 15-minute walk to the bus station. The Tourist Information Office opposite the hotel was a fantastic resource, offering great assistance. The hotel also had a great selection of English channels on the TV and reliable WiFi. The apartment was secure, the lobby and lift were clean, and we had no issues during our stay.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing time during our New Year's stay! The location was superb, with everything we needed within walking distance. The apartment was modern and clean, and we loved the fact that it had a balcony overlooking the marina. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided us with toiletries and other extras. Plus, having UK TV channels and excellent WiFi was a definite bonus. We also appreciated the proximity to the Tourist Information Office, which was a great resource for exploring the area.
That street noise could be heard on the 4th floor, especially in the early morning and at night when street cleaners and people at the nearby bars were active. the food options around the seafront were a bit disappointing.

The terrace with sea views was absolutely delightful, perfect for sipping my afternoon tea. The apartment had a spacious dining area, enough room to enjoy my crumpets and tea sandwiches. And oh, the seating area was so posh, I felt like a queen!
Well, the dining area may have been a tad dusty, but who needs cleanliness when you have a view fit for royalty?
